We were very confident when we met him (Mr. Keshav Modi) for the first time. I said like the person who is representing Modispaces, like he is so good. Obviously we will not be cheated. As you know there is lot of cheating and things going on.

I have noticed that they garden, which is provided on the top, is very good for cooling effects. They should provide a very good space in their parking. That’s it. What else people expect.
